Aimed at seniors in New York City living on low and fixed incomes, CLL combines
learning, social engagement, and the support of an experienced social work team. Housed
within Council House, a vibrant community center on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, CLL
engages and empowers elderly New Yorkers and creates community with over 30 activities a
week, including art and exercise classes, discussion groups, support groups, lectures and
concerts
