​Yoga classes provide a chance to increase strength, flexibility and balance while lowering stress levels.  
  — a yoga strap and exercise block can be helpful. 

 The class schedule is as follows.

  • Gentle Yoga via Zoom: Mondays, 3:45 p.m. -5:15 p.m.

Please note: to participate in these Zoom sessions with a live video image you will need an internet connection, a tablet/desktop/laptop computer or a smartphone. You may also dial in and participate by a voice-only connection. Your device does not need a mic, but if you have one it will enable you to speak to other BAiP members before and after class.
